Изобретение относится к области медицины, в частности к повышению эффективности диагностики различных заболеваний, к лабораторному медицинскому анализу, аналитическому приборостроению. Задача изобретения - повышения эффективности диагностирования заболевания за счет определения параметров формы эритроцитов крови человека - асферичность и размер большой оси. Поставленная задача достигается тем, что в способе определения микрофизических параметров эритроцитов крови человека путем измерения коэффициентов направленного рассеяния измеряют коэффициенты направленного рассеяния под углами 5 и 12°, а параметры формы - асферичность эритроцитов и размер большой оси эллипса - определяют из регрессионных соотношений, связывающих их с измеряемыми параметрами.The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to improving the efficiency of diagnosis of various diseases, to laboratory medical analysis, analytical instrumentation. The task is achieved by the fact that in the method of determining the microphysical parameters of human erythrocytes by measuring the directional scattering coefficients, the directional scattering coefficients are measured at angles of 5 and 12 °, and the shape parameters — the erythrocyte asphericity and the size of the major axis of the ellipse — are determined from the regression ratios relating them to measured parameters.
