Способ ранней диагностики синдрома жировой эмболии при переломах длинных трубчатых костей и костей таза, включающий приготовление сыворотки крови, отличающийся тем, что забор крови у пациента ведут из кубитальной вены в первые сутки посттравматического периода, а после приготовления сыворотки крови определяют в ней концентрацию белка S100B посредством иммуноферментного анализа и по результатам анализа судят о наличии или отсутствии синдрома жировой эмболии.
