Изобретение относится к медицине, именно к химико-фармацевтической промышленности, и касается способа получения суммы флавоноидных агликонов, обладающих гепатотропным действием. Сущность способа заключается в экстракции надземной части Dorycnium herbaceum Vill. 80% этиловым спиртом, упаривании экстрактов до водного остатка, их очистки хлороформом, отделении кристаллов из водного раствора, упаривании водного раствора до сухого остатка, проведении кислотного гидролиза и отделении агликонов и присоединении к кристаллам, выпавшим из водного раствора. Полученный целевой продукт является суммой агликонов, состоящей из мирицетина, кверцетина и кемпферола, имеет желтовато-коричневый цвет.The invention relates to medicine, namely to the pharmaceutical industry, and relates to a method of obtaining the amount of flavonoid aglycones with hepatotropic action. The obtained target product is the sum of aglycones, consisting of myricetin, quercetin and kaempferol, has a yellowish-brown color.
