Сущность способа заключается в экстракции надземной части Dorycnium herbaceum Vill. 80% этиловым спиртом, упаривании экстрактов до водного остатка, их очистки хлороформом, отделении кристаллов из водного раствора, упаривании водного раствора до сухого остатка, проведении кислотного гидролиза и отделении агликонов и присоединении к кристаллам, выпавшим из водного раствора. Полученный целевой продукт является суммой агликонов, состоящей из мирицетина, кверцетина и кемпферола, имеет желтовато-коричневый цвет.The invention relates to medicine, namely to the pharmaceutical industry, and relates to a method of obtaining the amount of flavonoid aglycones with hepatotropic action. The essence of the method consists in the extraction of the aerial part of the Dorycnium herbaceum Vill. 80% ethyl alcohol, evaporation of the extracts to a water residue, their purification with chloroform, separation of crystals from the aqueous solution, evaporation of the aqueous solution to a dry residue, carrying out acid hydrolysis and separation of the aglycones and attachment to the crystals precipitated from the aqueous solution. The obtained target product is the sum of aglycones, consisting of myricetin, quercetin and kaempferol, has a yellowish-brown color.
