Изобретение относится к технологии получения лекарственных препаратов фармации и способу получения диосцинина из якорцев стелющихся, являющегося основным действующим веществом лекарственного препарата полис-понина, широко применяемого для лечения и профилактики атеросклероза. Сущность изобретения состоит в разработке нового способа получения диосцинина, включающего в себя использование в качестве исходного сырья якорцев стелющихся Tribulus terrestris, измельчение высушенных надземных частей, их обезжиривание петролейным эфиром, удаление менее полярных гли-козидов последовательной экстракцией 95% этанолом, последовательную экстракцию полярных гликозидов 50% этанолом, упаривание этанола, фильтрацию водного остатка, экстракцию гликозидов из водного раствора н-бутанолом (бутанол), промывание н-бутанольного экстракта 10%-ным раствором аммиака, отгонку н-бутанола полностью, разбавление остатка водой, добавление ацетона, отделение осадка, упаривание водно-ацетонового раствора досуха, высушивание, получение целевого продукта в виде белого порошка слегка с желтоватым оттенком.The invention relates to the technology of pharmaceutical preparations and a method for producing dioscinin from creeping yagornets, which is the main active ingredient of the drug polis-ponin, widely used for the treatment and prevention of atherosclerosis. The essence of the invention is to develop a new method of producing dioscinin, including using Tribulus terrestris creeping Yacortians as a raw material, grinding dried aerial parts, degreasing them with petroleum ether, removing less polar glycosides by sequential extraction with 95% ethanol, sequential extraction of polar glycosides 50 % ethanol, evaporation of ethanol, filtration of the aqueous residue, extraction of glycosides from the aqueous solution with n-butanol (butanol), washing the n-butanol extract 10 % ammonia solution, distilling off n-butanol completely, diluting the residue with water, adding acetone, separating the precipitate, evaporating the aqueous-acetone solution to dryness, drying, obtaining the target product as a white powder slightly yellowish.
