Abstract
Устройство для заполнения катализатором предназначено для барботажного колоночного реактора с псевдоожиженным слоем для реакции синтеза ФТ. Устройство включает резервуар для приготовления суспензии, установленный примыкающим к реактору и выполненный с возможностью приготовления суспензии S из катализатора реакции синтеза ФТ и масла для приготовления суспензии; трубопровод для сообщения верхней части, выполненный с возможностью направления суспензии из реактора в резервуар для приготовления суспензии; трубопровод для сообщения нижней части, выполненный с возможностью направления суспензии в резервуаре для приготовления суспензии в реактор; и трубопровод для выравнивания давления, выполненный с возможностью сообщения реактора с резервуаром для приготовления суспензии. Трубопровод для сообщения верхней части наклонен вниз от реактора по направлению к резервуару для приготовления суспензии, и трубопровод для сообщения нижней части наклонен вверх от реактора по направлению к резервуару для приготовления суспензии. Устройство для введения инертного газа предусмотрено на резервуаре для приготовления суспензии.
