Abstract
Изобретение относится к зонотроду для ультразвукового хирургического аппарата. Зонотрод включает в себя головку аппарата (17), которая снабжена режущим механизмом (18), вытянутым в продольном направлении. Согласно изобретению головка аппарата (17) имеет множество сквозных отверстий (20), которые тянутся вдоль головки аппарата (17) в поперечном направлении. Сквозные отверстия (20) имеют в разрезе вытянутую форму, где направление наибольшего размера сечения сквозных отверстий (20) и продольное направление головки аппарата (17) образуют угол, находящийся в пределах от 30 до 80°. Благодаря отверстиям согласно изобретению, головке аппарата (17) передается эластичная собственная подвижность, посредством которой обеспечивается удаление разрушенного костного материала.
