Abstract

Изобретение относится к области машиностроения, в частности к технологии горячей пластической деформации, и может быть использовано для изготовления различных изделий из чугуна. Задачей заявляемого изобретения является повышение усталостной прочности и выхода годных изделий из чугуна. Поставленная задача решается тем, что в способе изготовления изделий из чугуна методом горячей пластической деформации, включающем выплавку чугуна, отливку прутков нужного диаметра, нагрев прутков до температуры деформации, их горячую пластическую деформацию методом поперечно-винтовой прокатки, закалку и отпуск, горячую пластическую деформацию осуществляют путем формирования на поверхности заготовки шлицов высотой 0,5-5,0 мм при соотношении высоты шлица к шагу от 2 до 1 и их последующего сглаживания в едином технологическом цикле. Сущность заявляемого технического решения заключается в оптимизации характера и направления пластического течения металла.The invention relates to the field of engineering, in particular to the technology of hot plastic deformation, and can be used for the manufacture of various products from cast iron. The essence of the proposed technical solution is to optimize the nature and direction of the plastic flow of the metal.
