The present invention generally relates to an apparatus (1) for fabricating metal deformed bars (2) from a metallic base (6) for use in construction and the method of producing thereof wherein a combination of heating, forging and roll forming method employing specifically designed forming rollers and induction heating at specified areas to facilitate forging process is disclosed; such combination resulting in characteristics of the metal deformed bars (2) so fabricated being able to overcome the shortcomings of mechanical property change in material in the cold roll-forming method whilst comprising the characteristics comparable to those produced by the hot roll process with considerably less energy usage.
