Пристрій складається з фіксатора і половинчастих спреєрів, які швидко рухають в трьох координаційних напрямках в залежності від форми і розмірів виробу, рух яких регулюються мікропроцесором. Винаходи у групі покращують якість виробів, створюють достатні екологічні умови при їх гартуванні, підвищують економію енергоресурсів та збільшують продуктивність виробництва.
