Способ упрочнения рабочих органов, включающий индукционную плавку дозированной загрузки наплавочной шихты с одновременным нагревом кромки рабочих органов, отличающийся тем, что после разогрева заготовки с загруженной шихтой индуктором до температуры плавления шихты производят горячее деформирование кромки заготовки с использованием формообразующей оснастки.2. Способ упрочнения рабочих органов по п.1, отличающийся тем, что твердость наплавленного материала выше на 25-32 единицы HRCэ по сравнению с основным металлом.1.
