Изобретение относится к технологии производства сорбентов, в частности к способам получения связующего из природного глауконита для изготовления гранулированных сорбентов и может быть использовано при очистке питьевой воды и промышленных стоков от техногенных загрязнителей, очистки газов от вредных выбросов в атмосферу. Способ включает предварительный нагрев и просеивание глауконитового песка, последующее его разделение с помощью магнитной сепарации на магнитную и немагнитную фракции, помол магнитной фракции, смешивание молотой магнитной фракции с водой до образования пластической массы, гранулирование массы, подсушивание полученных гранул, дробление гранул, просеивание с выделением гранул необходимого гранулометрического состава, обжиг, охлаждение и фасовку готового продукта. Технический результат - повышение сорбционных способности и емкости гранулированного сорбента за счет использования магнитной фракции глауконита в качестве связующего.The invention relates to the production technology of sorbents, in particular to methods for producing a binder from natural glauconite for the manufacture of granular sorbents and can be used in the purification of drinking water and industrial effluents from industrial pollutants, purification of gases from harmful emissions into the atmosphere. The technical result is an increase in the sorption capacity and capacity of the granulated sorbent due to the use of the magnetic fraction of glauconite as a binder.
