Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу покрытия и устройству для его осуществления. Устройство содержит средства (5, 6) для получения смеси, содержащей по меньшей мере один прекурсор поверхностной реакции, средство (7) для распыления смеси каплями (8), средство (1) для перемещения капель (8) смеси к поверхности (3) подложки (4), подлежащей покрытию путем поверхностной реакции. Средства (5, 6) для получения смеси выполнены с возможностью добавления в смесь жидкого несущего вещества, не являющегося прекурсором поверхностной реакции, точка кипения которого в ограниченном рабочем пространстве ниже точки кипения прекурсора поверхностной реакции. Предложенное устройство улучшает как скорость, так и качество процесса покрытия.
