Abstract
Способ изготовления железофосфатной композиции, включающей раствор, содержащий, вес.ч.: ортофосфорная кислота (85% раствор) - 100, оксид железа (III) - 10-19, металлический порошок (Al, Zn и Mg) - 1,1-1,8 (предпочтительно 1,1-1,6), вода - 8-30 (предпочтительно 10-30), кальций - 1-3 (предпочтительно 1-2) и лимонная кислота - 0,5-1,8 (предпочтительно 0,5-1,5). Указанную водорастворимую композицию используют в промышленной, строительной, сельскохозяйственной и лесной отраслях для изготовления реагентов в виде холодноотверждаемого и пропиточного раствора, а также огнестойкого, декоративного, антикоррозионного и антисептического холодноотверждаемого покрытия. Композиция приемлема для применения в сочетании с акриловыми и водоэмульсионными красками, соединениями, адгезивами и смолами. Композиция и продукция на ее основе для защиты деревянных и металлических поверхностей является стабильной, по меньшей мере, в течение 5 лет.
