Abstract

Описываются способ и установка для извлечения этана, этилена, пропана, пропилена и более тяжелых компонентов углеводородов из потока газообразных углеводородов в компактной перерабатывающей установке. Газовый поток охлаждается, конденсируется и расширяется под более низким давлением и подается в качестве сырья в устройство абсорбции, расположенное внутри перерабатывающей установки. Поток отгонного конденсата образуется в устройстве абсорбции и направляется в устройство тепломассообмена вовнутрь перерабатывающей установки, освобождаясь от летучих компонентов и при этом охлаждая газовый поток. Потоки отгонного пара образуются в устройстве тепломассообмена и существенно охлаждаются до, по крайней мере, частичной конденсации, образуя остаточный поток пара и конденсированный поток. Количество и температуру указанных сырьевых потоков, направляемых в первое и второе устройства абсорбции, поддерживают в верхней части первого устройства абсорбции достаточными для извлечения из потока основной части указанных менее летучих компонентов.
