Abstract

The gas stream is cooled, condensed, and expanded at a lower pressure and fed as a raw material to an absorption device located inside the processing unit. The flow of distillate condensate is formed in the absorption device and is sent to the heat and mass transfer device inside the processing unit, freeing from volatile components while cooling the gas stream. Strips of steam are formed in the heat and mass transfer device and are substantially cooled to at least partial condensation, forming a residual steam stream and a condensed stream. The quantity and temperature of said feed streams sent to the first and second absorption devices is maintained at the top of the first absorption device to be sufficient to extract the main part of said less volatile components from the stream.
