Abstract
Способ изготовления стекловидного шлака, включающий в себя: вращение конуса относительно вертикальной оси конуса, причем конус содержит внешнюю обшивку, имеющую боковую поверхность, охлаждение боковой поверхности внешней обшивки, разливку расплавленного шлака на боковую поверхность конуса для образования под действием силы тяжести пленки шлака, которая затвердевает при вовлечении во вращение конусом вокруг оси конуса, и отсоединение частиц пленки от боковой поверхности и удаление затвердевшего шлака в форме частей после того, как пленка была вовлечена на от 0,6 до 0,9 поворота конуса, причем расплавленный шлак отливается на боковую поверхность в зоне разливки и образует пленку от 75 до 95% длины боковой поверхности.
