Изобретение относится к клинической биохимии и может быть использовано для экспресс-определения атерогенности крови путем агрегации множественно модифицированных липопротеинов (ммЛП) крови. ммЛП агрегируют в буфере, содержащем 10% ПВП 12600 при соотношении плазма:буфер (1:8). Способ выявляет доклинические стадии атеросклероза до морфологических изменений интимо-медильного комплекса брахиоцефальных артерий. Разработанная тест-система также может быть использована для контроля эффективности терапии атеросклеротических заболеваний.The invention relates to clinical biochemistry and can be used for the rapid determination of atherogenic blood by aggregation of multiply modified lipoproteins (MLP) of blood. MLP is aggregated in a buffer containing 10% PVP 12600 with a plasma: buffer ratio (1: 8). The method reveals the preclinical stages of atherosclerosis to the morphological changes of the intima-slow complex of the brachiocephalic arteries. The developed test system can also be used to monitor the effectiveness of the treatment of atherosclerotic diseases.
