Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу изготовления листового многослойного материала, включающего однонаправленные высокотехнологичные волокна, при этом способ включает стадии расположения волокон параллельным образом, уплотнения волокон для получения монослоя, укладывания по меньшей мере двух монослоев в стопку таким образом, чтобы направление волокон в одном монослое находилось бы под углом α по отношению к направлению волокон в соседнем монослое, и фиксации, при которой стопку по меньшей мере из двух монослоев обрабатывают давлением и температурой в течение периода времени, равного по меньшей мере 2 с, с последующим охлаждением стопки под давлением до температуры, равной 120°С и менее. Кроме того, изобретение относится к листовому многослойному материалу, получаемому по способу, соответствующему изобретению. Данный листовой многослойный материал характеризуется уменьшенным поглощением жидкостей.
