Abstract

Согласно этому способу изготовления многослойного стекла, выдерживающего заранее определенные усилия, идентифицируют контрольное многослойное стекло, которое выдерживает заранее определенные усилия и которое содержит по меньшей мере одну подложку и одну промежуточную вставку, имеющие такой же химический состав, что и подложка и промежуточная вставка изготавливаемого многослойного стекла; определяют прочность на разрыв (J) промежуточной вставки контрольного многослойного стекла, а также толщину (e) промежуточной вставки и толщину (e) подложки контрольного многослойного стекла; затем при помощи графика (C), характеризующего минимальную прочность на разрыв (J) промежуточной вставки, необходимую, чтобы любое многослойное стекло, содержащее по меньшей мере одну подложку и одну промежуточную вставку, имеющие такой же химический состав, что и подложка и промежуточная вставка изготавливаемого многослойного стекла, выдерживало заранее определенные усилия, в зависимости от толщины (e) промежуточной вставки и/или от толщины (e) подложки, выводят комбинацию оптимальных значений (e, e) толщины промежуточной вставки и толщины подложки; после этого определяют размеры многослойного стекла с толщиной (e) промежуточной вставки и толщиной (e) подложки, превышающими или равными оптимальным значениям (e, e).
