Технической задачей предлагаемого решения является повышение качества эмульсии, получаемой из водомазутной или вододизельной смеси, путём введения первичной, предварительной обработки и активации мазута или дизельного топлива и воды для создания в конечном итоге топлива с минимальным содержанием токсичных выбросов при его сжигании. Поставленная задача решается тем, что в предлагаемом решении предварительно проводят первичную обработку и активацию звуковым полем каждого компонента раздельно в первичном гидродинамическом диспергаторе. Кроме того, магистраль каждого компонента снабжена первичным гидродинамическим диспергатором и накопительной ёмкостью, которая установлена последовательно с первичным гидродинамическим диспергатором, а магистраль приготовления эмульсии снабжена по меньшей мере одним основным гидродинамическим диспергатором. Кроме того, сопло выполнено подвижным с возможностью настройки, а резонансная пластина установлена жёстко.The invention relates to the production and homogenization of dispersed systems with a liquid medium, namely to obtain emulsions with a given concentration of components, such as water-fuel, and can be used in fuel, energy, oil refining and other industries. The problem is solved by the fact that in the proposed solution, the primary processing and activation by the sound field of each component is carried out separately in the primary hydrodynamic disperser. In addition, the line of each component is equipped with a primary hydrodynamic dispersant and a storage tank, which is installed in series with the primary hydrodynamic dispersant, and the emulsion preparation line is equipped with at least one main hydrodynamic dispersant. In addition, the nozzle is movable and adjustable, and the resonant plate is rigidly mounted.
