Изобретение относится к области получения и гомогенизации дисперсных систем с жидкой средой, а именно для получения эмульсий с заданной концентрацией компонентов, например водотопливных, и может быть использовано в топливной, энергетической, нефтеперерабатывающей и других отраслях промышленности. Техническим эффектом является создание гидродинамического диспергатора позволяющего вводить в жидкость акустические колебания различных частот, выбор которых осуществляется путем ручной настройки без разбора деспергатора, а так же улучшение качества эмульсии, полученной с его помощью за счет того, что гидродинамический диспергатор содержит корпус, сопло и резонансную пластину, закрепленную с возможностью перемещения в сторону сопла, элементы крепления которой размещены на сопле, при этом сопло содержит щелевую насадку и выполнено в виде трубы с фланцем, в котором жёстко закреплена резьбовая втулка, сквозь которую пропущен резьбовой шток, наружный конец которого уплотнён с внутренней стороны, и с наружной стороны направляющего канала и выполнен с гранями под ключ, при этом наружный конец резьбового штока закреплён гайкой.The invention relates to the production and homogenization of dispersed systems with a liquid medium, namely to obtain emulsions with a given concentration of components, such as water-fuel, and can be used in fuel, energy, oil refining and other industries.
