Abstract
Изобретение относится к области машиностроения и может быть использовано, например, на различных видах транспорта, а также в устройствах и механизмах для безударного включения ведомых валов в целях преобразования крутящего момента. Задачей предлагаемого изобретения является совершенствование коробки перемены передач (КПП) гидравлико-инерционного преобразователя (ГИП) для улучшения их основных технических и функциональных характеристик. Достигаемый технический результат заключается в повышении КПД во взаимосвязанном с КПП функционировании ГИП. Указанный технический результат достигается, в частности, с использованием на базе ГИП и его КПП, содержащей первичный, вторичный и шлицованный промежуточный валы с установленными на них шестернями. При этом первичный и вторичный валы выполнены соосными и в тело вторичного вала введен первичный вал своей концевой частью. На первичном валу жестко закреплена шестерня, введенная в зацепление с первой шестерней такого же размера, жестко закрепленной на промежуточном валу, а на шлицованной части этого вала расположены различные по диаметру три, последовательно вторая, третья и четвертая. Эти три шестерня жестко соединены между собой с образованием ими единого промежуточного блока шестерен, который установлен с возможностью перемещения по шлицованной части промежуточного вала посредством водила, в резьбовое отверстие которого введен винтовой вал электродвигателя управляющего механизма. На вторичном валу установлены три шестерни разного диаметра, жестко закрепленные на нем. This technical result is achieved, in particular, using on the basis of the ISU and its gearbox, containing primary, secondary and splined intermediate shafts with gears mounted on them. In this case, the primary and secondary shafts are made coaxial and the primary shaft is introduced into the body of the secondary shaft with its end part. On the primary shaft, a gear is rigidly fixed, which is engaged in engagement with the first gear of the same size, rigidly fixed on the intermediate shaft, and three different in diameter are located on the splined part of this shaft, successively the second, third and fourth. These three gears are rigidly interconnected with the formation of a single intermediate gear unit, which is mounted for movement along the splined part of the intermediate shaft by means of a carrier, into the threaded hole of which the screw shaft of the electric motor of the control mechanism is inserted.
