Abstract
Изобретение относится к кормопроизводству и может быть использовано в процессе приготовления кормов для рогатого скота, овец, кроликов и птицы на основе зерновых с добавлением других компонентов и микродобавок. Технический результат заключается в уменьшении в 2,5-4,5 раза энергозатрат на производство 1 т гранул. Для его достижения в способе производства гранулированных комбикормов на основе зерновых, по которому зерно измельчают, смешивают с другими компонентами и микродобавками, увлажняют, гранулируют, охлаждают и упаковывают в тару, согласно изобретению в способе используют измельчитель-гранулятор, реализующий способ экструзионного измельчения, при котором измельчение и гранулирование совместно реализуются в упомянутом измельчителе-грануляторе, выполненном на основе зубчатой передачи внутреннего зацепления, при этом зерно смешивают с другими компонентами и микродобавками до подачи в измельчитель-гранулятор.The invention relates to fodder production and can be used in the process of preparing feeds for cattle, sheep, rabbits and poultry on the basis of grain with the addition of other components and microadditives.
