Abstract
Задача изобретения заключается в интенсификации процесса теплообмена и улучшении гидродинамических показателей работы блока жидкостного охлаждения, используемого в системах жидкостного охлаждения электроаппаратуры, что, в конечном счёте, приводит к увеличению энергетической эффективности всего охлаждающего устройства. Блок жидкостного охлаждения для электроаппаратуры содержит корпус 2, выполненный из теплопроводящего материала с возможностью термического сопряжения с по меньшей мере одним элементом электроаппаратуры для его охлаждения и имеющий по меньшей мере одну вихревую камеру 1 в виде полости с по меньшей мере одним входным каналом 3 жидкого теплоносителя, выполненным с возможностью подачи жидкого теплоносителя с его закруткой в вихревой камере 1, и выходным каналом 4 жидкого теплоносителя из вихревой камеры, узел подвода жидкого теплоносителя, сообщающийся с входным каналом 3 жидкого теплоносителя в вихревую камеру 1, и узел отвода жидкого теплоносителя, сообщающийся с выходным каналом 4 жидкого теплоносителя из вихревой камеры 1. The liquid cooling unit for electrical equipment includes a housing 2 made of a thermally conductive material with thermal coupling with at least one element of the electrical equipment for cooling it and having at least one vortex chamber 1 in the form of a cavity with at least one inlet 3 of the heat-transfer fluid, made with the ability to supply liquid coolant with its twist in the vortex chamber 1, and the output channel 4 of the liquid coolant from the vortex chamber, the node supplying the liquid heat carrier, communicating with the inlet channel 3 of the liquid coolant in the vortex chamber 1, and the node removal of the liquid coolant communicating with the outlet channel 4 of the liquid coolant from the vortex chamber 1. In the second embodiment of the invention, the unit includes a housing made of thermally conductive material, with at least part of the cavity of the vortex chamber located in the first part of the body.
