Блок жидкостного охлаждения для электроаппаратуры содержит корпус 2, выполненный из теплопроводящего материала с возможностью термического сопряжения с по меньшей мере одним элементом электроаппаратуры для его охлаждения и имеющий по меньшей мере одну вихревую камеру 1 в виде полости с по меньшей мере одним входным каналом 3 жидкого теплоносителя, выполненным с возможностью подачи жидкого теплоносителя с его закруткой в вихревой камере 1, и выходным каналом 4 жидкого теплоносителя из вихревой камеры, узел подвода жидкого теплоносителя, сообщающийся с входным каналом 3 жидкого теплоносителя в вихревую камеру 1, и узел отвода жидкого теплоносителя, сообщающийся с выходным каналом 4 жидкого теплоносителя из вихревой камеры 1.
