Abstract

Изобретение относится к фармакологии, медицине, ветеринарии и к фармацевтической промышленности, в частности к способу получения оригинальных композитных антибактериальных препаратов для наружного применения, которые обладают повышенной терапевтической эффективностью при лечении инфекций кожи и мягких тканей. Предложенная фармацевтическая композиция содержит в качестве действующего вещества мехактивированные хлорамфеникол, фосфомицин и высокодисперсный наноструктурированный диоксид кремния. Заявляемый способ получения фармацевтической композиции заключается в смешивании субстанций хлорамфеникола, фосфомицина с высокодисперсным наноструктурированным диоксидом кремния и отличается тем, что смесь вышеуказанных веществ в весовом соотношении 1:5:5 соответственно подвергают механической обработке путем ударно-истирающих воздействий, после чего её смешивают с мазевой основой (полиэтиленоксидом).The invention relates to pharmacology, medicine, veterinary medicine and the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to a method for producing original composite antibacterial preparations for external use, which have increased therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of infections of the skin and soft tissues. The inventive method of obtaining a pharmaceutical composition consists in mixing the substances of chloramphenicol, phosphomycin with highly dispersed nanostructured silicon dioxide and characterized in that the mixture of the above substances in a weight ratio of 1: 5: 5, respectively, is subjected to mechanical treatment by impact-abrasion, after which it is mixed with an ointment base (polyethylene oxide).
