Изобретение относится к технологии дробления твердых материалов и может быть использовано в горно-рудной, строительной, химической, металлургической и других отраслях промышленности для тонкого дробления кусковых материалов мелкой фракции 30-10 мм любой крепости. Техническим результатом заявляемого изобретения является повышение производительности тонкого дробления кусковых материалов различной крепости, снижение расхода электроэнергии на процессы тонкого дробления, создание простой в техническом исполнении конструкции устройства для тонкого дробления кусковых материалов. Способ тонкого дробления кускового материала в мельнице дискового типа включает транспортировку исходного материала за счет силы тяжести и центробежных сил в зону дробления между двумя вращающимися в одном направлении дисками, оси вращения которых расположены под углом друг к другу и которые имеют каждый рабочую поверхность в форме внутреннего конуса, разрушение кусков материала в зоне сближения дисков и вывод дробленого продукта за счет центробежных сил. Используют диски, жестко связанные друг с другом и вращающиеся синхронно с обеспечением дополнительного принудительного транспортирования кусков материала, связанных дисками, в зону сближения дисков. Технический результат достигается за счет введения дополнительной операции транспорта куска в связанном состоянии, использования для разрушения кусков усилий, имеющих направление, перпендикулярное к поверхностям рабочих органов, и возникающих в фазе сближения двух синхронно вращающихся, связанных в единую систему дисков, оси вращения которых расположены под углом друг к другу, иThe invention relates to the technology of crushing solid materials and can be used in mining, construction, chemical, metallurgical and other industries for fine crushing of lump materials of small fraction 30-10 mm of any strength.
