Abstract

The invention relates to the field of grinding materials, in particular to vibration mills and can be used in construction, mining, metallurgy, food, chemical and other branches of industry. A vibration mill comprises a grinding pipe with grinding bodies, which is connected to the body established by elastic elements on a fixed bed, two unbalanced vibratory drives connected to a body, each of which comprises a drive shaft with an individual rotary drive being capable of independent variation of angular velocity and direction of rotation of the drive shaft and unbalances mounted on the drive shaft, while the unbalanced vibratory drives are mounted diametrically opposed relative to the side walls of grinding pipe in the plane of transverse symmetry, and the axes of rotation of the unbalances are perpendicular to the plane of transverse symmetry of the grinding pipe. The invention provides for increase of output of the vibration mill by generating non-uniform field of trajectories of biharmonic vibrations of grinding pipe.
