Abstract
Предложено устройство, выполненное с возможностью полного испарения поступающего в него тяжелого углеводородного сырья. Устройство представляет собой так называемый смеситель для тяжелого сырья и состоит из труб, которые имеют общую продольную ось. Внутренняя трубчатая секция подает в устройство двухфазную жидкостно-паровую смесь углеводородного сырья и разбавленного пара. Сходящаяся/расходящаяся трубчатая секция оснащена уникальной конструкцией, которая сходится, образуя горловину, и затем расходится, образуя выпускную секцию. Сходящаяся секция подает равномерный поток перегретого пара на пар, насыщенный углеводородами, который поступил из внутренней трубчатой секции. Соприкосновение перегретого пара с потоком всасываемого пара приводит к смешиванию и дальнейшему испарению в горловине. Смесь проходит через сходящуюся/расходящуюся трубчатую секцию в выпускную секцию, где испарение полностью завершается. Полностью испаренный поток направляется из устройства на дальнейшую переработку.
