Abstract
Способ и устройство для разделения исходной смеси на высоко- и низкокипящую фракцию в работающем в непрерывном режиме перегонном аппарате, который содержит по меньшей мере одну линию для подачи одной или нескольких исходных смесей, отбор для низкокипящей фракции, отбор для высококипящей фракции и нагревательное устройство, причем перегонный аппарат содержит по меньшей мере две ступени конденсации, которые имеют разные уровни температуры, соответствующие ступени конденсации, которые расположены вверх по потоку в направлении течения пара в каждом случае имеют более высокий уровень температуры, чем соответствующие ступени конденсации вниз по потоку, в каждом случае, между ступенями конденсации встроены соответствующие внутренние устройства разделения, на ступенях конденсации происходит парциальная конденсация, не сконденсированные при этом фракции всегда направляют на внутренние устройства разделения вниз по потоку или ступени конденсации с более низким уровнем температуры, а сконденсированные части в каждом случае проходят через внутренние устройства разделения в направлении отбора высококипящей фракции, на ступени конденсации с самым низким уровнем температуры образуется, по существу, парообразная среда и там частично конденсируется, причем несконденсированная часть среды возвращается на отбор для низкокипящей фракции, а сконденсированная часть в зону перегонного аппарата, которая соединена вверх по потоку от ступени конденсации с самым низким уровнем температуры, причем ступень конденсации с самым низким уровнем температуры имеет температуру ниже -40°С.
