Abstract
Пневматический откачивающий насос, содержащий впускной узел (10) с впускным клапаном (14), установленным между впускным устройством, через которое поступает откачиваемый материал (13) из источника материала, и каналом (17) загрузки со средством (20) выборочной подачи продувочного воздуха, расположенным на стороне подачи продувочного воздуха впускного клапана; камеру (11) заданной длины и, по существу, постоянного поперечного сечения, имеющую впускной конец, открывающийся в канал загрузки, и выпускной конец; выпускной узел (12), содержащий проходной канал, открывающийся в выпускной конец камеры и проходящий к выпускному устройству, выпускной клапан (24), расположенный в проходном канале между выпускным концом камеры и выпускным устройством, выборочно включаемый источник (31) разрежения, использующий эффект Вентури (труба Вентури) и открывающийся в проходной канал между выпускным клапаном и выпускным концом камеры, и выборочно включаемое средство (41) подачи выбрасываемого воздуха, расположенное ниже по потоку выпускного клапана и использующее воздух, выбрасываемый из трубы Вентури; систему обеспечения сжатого воздуха для подачи сжатого воздуха в трубу Вентури и в средство подачи продувочного воздуха; и средство управления, обеспечивающее синхронизацию работы трубы Вентури, средства подачи продувочного воздуха, средства подачи выбрасываемого воздуха и впускного и выпускного клапанов.
