Abstract

Регулирующий клапан в соответствии с изобретением предназначен для использования в проводящих жидкость системах. Указанный клапан содержит корпус (1), имеющий впускную сторону (17) и выпускную сторону (18), и устройство поддержания давления, предназначенное для поддержания постоянного перепада давлений между указанными впускной и выпускной сторонами, а также устройство регулирования расхода, предназначенное для установки и регулирования максимального расхода потока, проходящего через клапан. Указанное устройство регулирования содержит два элемента (2 и 3) цилиндрических вкладышей, которые взаимодействуют на пути прохождения потока и оба из которых содержат удаленный материал, который удаляется с перекрывающихся в противном случае областей, таким образом образующих незакрытую область (25) в пути прохождения потока регулирующего клапана. Наружный элемент (3) цилиндрического вкладыша может фиксированным образом поворачиваться относительно корпуса клапана, тогда как внутренний элемент (2) цилиндрического вкладыша может поворачиваться с помощью поворотной рукоятки (13), благодаря чему может быть обеспечен больший или меньший проход (25) между взаимодействующими элементами (2 и 3). Оба элемента (2 и 3), которые взаимодействуют с седельным отверстием (8) корпуса клапана, также могут быть смещены в осевом направлении (26) с обеспечением увеличения или уменьшения созданного прохода (25). Таким образом, расход потока может быть отрегулирован до выполнения предварительной настройки, например, с помощью исполнительного механизма.
