Abstract
Изобретение относится к внутреннему остеодистракционному устройству, содержащему два фиксирующих элемента (7, 8) для соединения с костью с возможностью увеличения интервала между фиксирующими элементами управляемым способом, магнитострикционный элемент (1), выполненный с возможностью возвратно-поступательного механического перемещения в изменяющемся магнитном поле. Причем магнитострикционный элемент выполнен с возможностью формирования одного лишь сжимающего или растягивающего усилия так, что магнитострикционный элемент создает давление на элемент, обеспечивающий однонаправленное перемещение, увеличивающее интервал между фиксирующими элементами, и при возврате магнитострикционного элемента к его исходной длине, второй элемент, обеспечивающий однонаправленное перемещение, обеспечивает возможность возврата магнитострикционного элемента к своей исходной длине так, что интервал между фиксирующими элементами дистракционного устройства, по существу, не меняется.
