Abstract

Электронное устройство 50 имеет магнитострикционное устройство 30 и основную часть 40. Магнитострикционное устройство 30 включает в себя супермагнитостриктор 1, который расширяется и сжимается в соответствии с магнитным полем, катушку 4 и смещающие магниты 2, которые генерируют магнитное поле, и корпус 8, который удерживает компоненты в заданных позициях. Магнитострикционное устройство 30 крепится к основной части 40 таким образом, что супермагнитостриктор 1 перпендикулярен поверхности основной части 40, к которой прикреплено устройство. Корпус 8 присоединен к основной части 40 таким образом, что посредством основной части 40 и корпуса 8 к супермагнитостриктору 1 прилагается заданное давление.
