Магнитная система имеет угол охвата 160-220° и содержит магнитные блоки, установленные на немагнитной обойме между ферромагнитными концентраторами, образующими полюса магнитной системы и расположенными таким образом, что концентраторы с разной полярностью чередуются в направлении вдоль оси барабана, а между каждой парой последовательно расположенных концентраторов расположен магнитный блок. Магниты в блоках намагничены в направлении, параллельном оси барабана, а их сечение в плоскости, перпендикулярной оси барабана, может иметь прямоугольную, трапецеидальную форму или форму кольцевого сектора. Магнитный поток с концентраторов выводят в рабочую зону сепаратора через реборды на внешней поверхности барабана, выполненные с разрывами по окружности. The magnetic system has an angle of coverage of 160-220 ° and contains magnetic blocks mounted on a non-magnetic cage between ferromagnetic concentrators that form the poles of the magnetic system and arranged so that concentrators with different polarities alternate in the direction along the axis of the drum, and between each pair of consecutive concentrators located magnetic unit. The magnets in the blocks are magnetized in a direction parallel to the axis of the drum, and their section in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the drum may have a rectangular, trapezoidal shape or the shape of an annular sector. The magnetic flux from the concentrators is brought into the working area of the separator through the flanges on the outer surface of the drum, made with gaps around the circumference. The technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of extracting the magnetic fraction and reducing energy consumption, achieved thanks to the design of the magnetic system based on permanent high-energy magnets, providing a high level of high-gradient magnetic forces in the working area of the separator.
