Раскрыт высокоградиентный роликовый сепаратор для обогащения слабомагнитных руд и очистки минерального сырья от слабомагнитных примесей. Сепаратор содержит питатель для подачи исходного материала, узлы сбора немагнитной и магнитной фракций, узлы отвода немагнитной и магнитной фракций и вращаемый магнитный ролик с магнитной системой, содержащей блоки постоянных магнитов, расположенные по окружности ролика. Эти блоки имеют трапецеидальное сечение в плоскости, перпендикулярной оси ролика, их вектор намагниченности направлен тангенциально, а между каждой последовательной парой блоков расположено по одному ферромагнитному концентратору, каждый из которых имеет внешний радиальный выступ и образует один из полюсов магнитной системы, полярность которых чередуется в направлении вдоль окружности ролика. Узел сбора немагнитной фракции включает ванну с магнитопроводящим экраном, проходящим вдоль части поверхности ролика с образованием между ними зазора. Такая конфигурация магнитной системы ролика обеспечивает создание в рабочей зоне высокого градиента магнитного поля. Благодаря наличию магнитопроводящего экрана создана магнитная цепь, в которой основную часть потока, формируемого магнитными блоками, через концентраторы с выступами выводят в рабочий зазор между экраном и поверхностью ролика. Поперечное расположение высокоградиентных зон по отношению к направлению движения материала способствует максимальному извлечению в магнитный продукт (концентрат) магнитных частиц благодаря их прохождению в непосредственной близости от центров действия высокоградиентных магнитных сил.A high-gradient roller separator is disclosed for the enrichment of weakly magnetic ores and the purification of mineral raw materials from weakly magnetic impurities. The separator contains a feeder for feeding the source material, collecting units for non-magnetic and magnetic fractions, removal units for non-magnetic and magnetic fractions and a rotating magnetic roller with a magnetic system containing blocks of permanent magnets located around the circumference of the roller. These blocks have a trapezoidal section in a plane perpendicular to the roller axis, their magnetization vector is tangential, and between each successive pair of blocks there is one ferromagnetic concentrator, each of which has an external radial protrusion and forms one of the poles of the magnetic system, the polarity of which alternates in the direction along the circumference of the roller. The collection unit of the non-magnetic fraction includes a bath with a magnetic conductive screen, passing along a portion of the surface of the roller with the formation of a gap between them. This configuration of the magnetic system of the roller provides for the creation in the working area of a high magnetic field gradient. Due to the presence of a magnetic conductive screen, a magnetic circuit is created in which the main part of the flow formed by the magnetic blocks is led out through the concentrators with protrusions into the working gap between the screen and the surface of the roller. The transverse arrangement of high gradient zones with respect to the direction of movement of the material contributes to the maximum extraction of magnetic particles into a magnetic product (concentrate) due to their passage in the immediate vicinity of the centers of action of high gradient magnetic forces.
