Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу производства модифицированного смектита или содержащего смектит материала, способного образовывать гель, который более не является тиксотропным, обладает устойчивой поперечно-сшитой структурой и адгезионной способностью и способен впитывать и высвобождать воду обратимым образом, путем обработки неактивированного смектита или содержащего смектит материала растворимым в воде активирующим агентом и растворимым в воде полимером, способным вступать в реакцию с указанным смектитом, где 0-6 вес.% в расчете на вес смектита растворимого в воде активирующего агента и 0,3-6 вес.% в расчете на вес смектита растворимого в воде полимера смешивают со смектитом или содержащим смектит материалом, где по меньшей мере часть растворимого в воде активирующего агента добавляют до или, по меньшей мере, одновременно с растворимым в воде полимером, где по меньшей мере часть растворимого в воде полимера добавляют в виде сухого твердого вещества, полученная смесь содержит воду в количестве, лежащем в диапазоне от 20 до 50 вес.% воды относительно веса смеси.
