Abstract

Для осуществления эффективного управления передачей информации качества приема, которое позволяет гибко регулировать объем информации и частоту передачи информации качества приема. Устройство базовой станции 100 для управления операцией передачи информации качества приема в отношении устройства мобильной станции включает в себя блок диспетчеризации 110, принимающий информацию разрешения одновременной передачи для предписания устройству мобильной станции одновременно передавать информацию качества приема и данные восходящей линии связи, которые генерирует устройство мобильной станции, и сигнал разрешения передачи данных восходящей линии связи, служащий для осуществления диспетчеризации, который включает информацию разрешения одновременной передачи в сигнал разрешения передачи данных восходящей линии связи, и блоки передачи 101-105, которые передают на устройство мобильной станции сигнал разрешения передачи данных восходящей линии связи, включающий в себя информацию разрешения одновременной передачи.
