Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу изготовления компонента шпунтовой стенки, такого как шпунтовая свая, соединительный профиль или балка, содержащего, по меньшей мере, простирающийся по всей длине компонента шпунтовой стенки замок с одинаковым поперечным сечением для навески замка другого компонента шпунтовой стенки. Согласно предложенному в соответствии с изобретением способу полуфабрикат формируют обработкой давлением, а замок, если смотреть на поперечное сечение, по меньшей мере, участками формируют посредством обработки резанием на участке полуфабриката, подлежащего оснащению замком, причем участок в поперечном сечении имеет достаточные размеры, при этом отклонения размеров, возникающие при обработке полуфабриката давлением учитывают при обработке замка резанием.
