Abstract

В изобретении предложен способ типа, включающего, по меньшей мере, следующие последовательные стадии, состоящие в: А) получении пасты (сусла), содержащей крахмалосодержащее растительное сырье (MPV), которое можно ферментировать; В) осуществлении ферментации указанной пасты с целью получения ферментированной смеси (MF); D) перегонке указанной ферментированной смеси (MF), по меньшей мере частично, таким образом, чтобы получить биоэтанол и легкую барду (VL); Е1) получении, по меньшей мере, первого топлива для совместного получения энергии, в частности тепловой энергии, с использованием по меньшей мере части легкой барды. Способ включает предусмотренную перед перегонкой стадию С1) отделения фильтрацией и прессованием жидкой фазы (PL) и твердой фазы (PS) от ферментированной смеси.
