Abstract
本发明涉及一种固态法酒精发酵生产方法,是将储藏好的原料进行粉碎,以厌氧废水为水分调节剂,对粉碎物料的水分进行调节,接入培养好的酵母种子液与物料进行混合并进行酒精发酵,发酵结束后进行蒸馏得到粗酒精和酒糟,对酒糟进行固液分离,将得到的废水(蒸馏废水)送入沼气发酵系统进行发酵,得到沼气和厌氧废水,利用厌氧废水对下一批粉碎后的物料进行水分调节,接入培养好的酵母种子液,进行酒精发酵,并依次循环。本发明通过沼气发酵技术对蒸馏废水进行处理并获得沼气,厌氧废水作为酒精发酵中物料的水分调节剂使用,可显著降低固态酒精发酵的用水量,在理想状态下可实现生产废水的零排放,获得显著的环境效益和经济效益。
