Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к неорганическому наполнителю для сердцевины панели и способу ее изготовления и, следовательно, к разработке неорганического наполнителя для теплоизоляционной панели на основе пеноперлита и способу непрерывного изготовления теплоизоляционных панелей с наполнителем в соответствии с настоящим изобретением на основе пеноперлита. Предлагаемый продукт удовлетворяет требованиям к определенным свойствам материала, таким как низкая плотность (100-160 кг/м), хорошие механические свойства, низкая теплопроводность (<0,06 Вт/мК), водостойкость, гидрофобные свойства и огнестойкость, и, кроме того, продукт является биологически и экологически безопасным, технология изготовления - экономически выгодной и экологически безопасной. Основные технологические операции изготовления продукта в соответствии с настоящим изобретением включают в себя смешивание основных сырьевых материалов, уплотнение материала, микроволновой нагрев, термическую обработку под давлением, гидрофобную обработку изготовленных панелей с неорганическим наполнителем и их соединение (с использованием адгезивов) в панели.
