Abstract

The proposed product meets the requirements for certain material properties, such as low density (100-160 kg / m), good mechanical properties, low thermal conductivity (<0.06 W / mK), water resistance, hydrophobic properties and fire resistance, and, moreover, the product is biologically and environmentally friendly, manufacturing technology is economically viable and environmentally friendly. The main technological operations for the manufacture of a product in accordance with the present invention include mixing basic raw materials, compaction of the material, microwave heating, heat treatment under pressure, hydrophobic processing of manufactured panels with an inorganic filler and their connection (using adhesives) in the panel.
