Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к неорганическому наполнителю для сердцевины панели и способу ее изготовления и, следовательно, к разработке неорганического наполнителя для теплоизоляционной панели на основе пеноперлита и способу непрерывного изготовления теплоизоляционных панелей с наполнителем в соответствии с настоящим изобретением на основе пеноперлита. Предлагаемый продукт удовлетворяет требованиям к определенным свойствам материала, таким как низкая плотность (100-160 кг/м), хорошие механические свойства, низкая теплопроводность (<0,06 Вт/мК), водостойкость, гидрофобные свойства и огнестойкость, и, кроме того, продукт является биологически и экологически безопасным, технология изготовления - экономически выгодной и экологически безопасной. Основные технологические операции изготовления продукта в соответствии с настоящим изобретением включают в себя смешивание основных сырьевых материалов, уплотнение материала, микроволновой нагрев, термическую обработку под давлением, гидрофобную обработку изготовленных панелей с неорганическим наполнителем и их соединение (с использованием адгезивов) в панели.The present invention relates to an inorganic filler for the core of the panel and a method for its manufacture and, therefore, to the development of an inorganic filler for a thermal insulating panel based on polystyrene foam and a method for continuously manufacturing thermal insulating panels with a filler in accordance with the present invention based on polyperlite. The proposed product meets the requirements for certain material properties, such as low density (100-160 kg / m), good mechanical properties, low thermal conductivity (<0.06 W / mK), water resistance, hydrophobic properties and fire resistance, and, moreover, the product is biologically and environmentally friendly, manufacturing technology is economically viable and environmentally friendly. The main technological operations for the manufacture of a product in accordance with the present invention include mixing basic raw materials, compaction of the material, microwave heating, heat treatment under pressure, hydrophobic processing of manufactured panels with an inorganic filler and their connection (using adhesives) in the panel.
