Abstract

Процесс восстановления добавок буровой жидкости, содержащий промышленный углерод, карбонат кальция, природные и целлюлозные волокна и другие материалы из смеси. Процесс может включать: отделение по меньшей мере части выбуренных твердых фаз из смеси для образования первого фильтрата и фракции выбуренных твердых фаз; отделение по меньшей мере части добавок буровой жидкости из первого фильтрата для образования второго фильтрата и фракции восстановленных добавок и повторное использование по меньшей мере части фракции восстановленных добавок в циркуляционной системе бурового раствора. Добавки буровой жидкости могут иметь удельную плотность более 1,4 и могут включать в себя частицы, имеющие средний размер более 2 мкм.
