Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к вновь идентифицированным последовательностям полинуклеотидов, содержащим гены, кодирующие новые липолитические ферменты LIP01-LIP03. Фермент LIP01 может быть выделен из Magnaporthe grisae, LIP02 и LIP03 могут быть получены посредством мутации последовательности полинуклеотидов, кодирующей LIP01. Изобретение включает следующие признаки: полноразмерная кодирующая последовательность нового гена, который подходит для экспрессии в подходящей клетке-хозяине, а также последовательность аминокислот полноразмерного функционального белка и функциональные эквиваленты гена или последовательности аминокислот. Настоящее изобретение также относится к способам применения данных белков в промышленном производстве, например в хлебопекарной промышленности, рафинировании растительного масла гидратацией, производстве или модификации пищевых эмульгаторов и производстве глюкозы из клейковины пшеницы.
