Abstract
Группа изобретений может быть использована при разработке газового, газоконденсатного, нефтегазового, нефтяного месторождений с использованием дистанционного, автоматического и ручного управления запорными органами скважин. Каждую добывающую скважину месторождения выполняют управляемой по открытию и закрытию запорных органов фонтанной арматуры. Скважину подключают к станции управления. Ее насосно-аккумуляторная установка включает насосную группу и силовой функциональный пневмогидроаккумулятор, сообщенные по рабочему телу с линией высокого давления, связывающей их с блоком управления скважиной станции управления. Линия высокого давления подключена через понижающие давление регуляторы к силовым линиям функционального управления запорными органами и дроссельным клапаном. Станцию оснащают линией логического управления, которую подключают к исполнительным механизмам посредством замедлителей. Каждый замедлитель имеет управляющий пневмогидроаккумулятор и отрегулированный на заданное замедление дроссель. Линию логического управления гидравлически связывают с контрольно-управляющими органами. Их подключают каждый к своему пусковому механизму. Линия логического управления дублирование снабжена аналогичными пусковыми механизмами дистанционного и ручного запуска процесса логически последовательного закрытия упомянутых запорных органов скважины. Способы обеспечивают повышение надежности и безаварийной эксплуатации месторождений, снижение себестоимости добычи пластового флюида, упрощение управления технологическими процессами.The group of inventions can be used in the development of gas, gas condensate, oil and gas, oil fields using remote, automatic and manual control of the shut-off organs of wells. Each production well of the field is controlled by the opening and closing of the stop valves of the Christmas tree. The well is connected to the control station. Its pump-and-battery installation includes a pump group and a power functional pneumohydroaccumulator, communicated through the working fluid with a high-pressure line connecting them with the control unit of the well of the control station. The high-pressure line is connected via pressure-reducing regulators to the power lines of the functional control of shut-off bodies and the throttle valve. The station is equipped with a line of logic control, which is connected to the actuators by means of retarders. Each retarder has a controlling pneumatic accumulator and a throttle adjusted for a given deceleration. The logic control line is hydraulically connected with control and control bodies. They are each connected to their own trigger mechanism. The duplication logic control line is equipped with similar trigger mechanisms for remote and manual start-up of the process of consistently closing the mentioned locking organs of the well. The methods provide improved reliability and trouble-free operation of fields, reducing the cost of production of formation fluid, simplifying the management of technological processes.
