Abstract
Изобретение относится к области разработки углеводородных месторождений и может быть использовано для дистанционного, автоматического и ручного управления исполнительными механизмами запорных органов добывающей скважины, обеспечивает повышение надежности и безаварийной эксплуатации добывающей скважины, снижение себестоимости добычи флюида, достижение большей простоты управления технологическими процессами. Скважина подключена к станции управления, включающей насосно-аккумуляторную установку и блок управления. Насосно-аккумуляторная установка включает насосную группу и пневмогидроаккумулятор высокого давления. Блок управления включает оснащенные регуляторами давления силовые линии функционального управления исполнительными механизмами запорных органов, дроссельного клапана, клапана-отсекателя, и управляющую их работой через систему ступенчатого по времени замедления прохождения команд линию логического управления, сообщенную с плавкой вставкой и клапаном контроля низкого и высокого давления и оснащенную с возможностью дублирования прохождения команд на закрытие скважины гидравлическими распределительными клапанами. The control unit includes power lines equipped with pressure regulators for functional control of the shut-off organs, throttle valve, shut-off valve actuators, and the logic control line connected to the low and high pressure control valve and equipped with the possibility of duplicating the passage of commands to close the well with hydraulic distribution valves. The deceleration system includes lines of logic control installed on the interaction areas with power lines of the functional control of the actuators of the snubber valve and the retarder slam-shut valve, which provide different response times to the closure of the well.
