Изобретение относится к двигателестроению. Технический результат - повышение КПД двигателя. Применены качающиеся поршни, имеющие две рабочие поверхности, двигающиеся в общей камере и делящие её на две камеры сгорания для двухтактных двигателей, и четыре рабочие поверхности, двигающиеся в двух камерах и делящие их на четыре камеры сгорания для четырёхтактных двигателей для того, чтобы при движении поршня как в одну, так и в другую сторону в одной из камер сгорания этого поршня происходило горение рабочей смеси, соответствующее такту «рабочий ход». Благодаря этому каждое движение поршня, передающееся через шатун на коленчатый вал двигателя, совершает полезную работу. Поэтому не происходит потерь энергии на такте «впуска-сжатия» у двухтактных двигателей и на тактах «впуска», «сжатия» и «выпуска» у четырёхтактных двигателей, при преобразовании вращательного движения коленчатого вала в прямолинейное, возвратно-поступательное движение поршня посредством кривошипно-шатунного механизма.The invention relates to engine.
