Abstract

Способ, система и установка, предназначенные для пассивирования углеродсодержащего материала с целью защиты от самовоспламенения. Способ включает сушку углеродсодержащего материала в среде с низким содержанием кислорода и предварительную обработку углеродсодержащего материала путем его контакта с летучими веществами, содержащимися в потоке газа, направленном в противотоке. Летучие вещества покрывают частицы сухого углеродсодержащего материала и закрывают микропоры сухого углеродсодержащего материала, пассивируя, таким образом, углеродсодержащий материал, что предохраняет его от адсорбции воды и кислорода, и, таким образом, от самовоспламенения. Затем предварительно обработанный сухой материал подвергается удалению летучих веществ при температурах, при которых выделяются летучие вещества. Выделенные летучие вещества смешиваются с потоком газа в противотоке, а затем используются для предварительной обработки сухого углеродсодержащего материала, расположенного выше по потоку.
