Abstract

Установка для синтеза диоксида титана содержит плазмотрон, соединенный с источником кислорода, плазмохимический реактор, связанный с расходной емкостью тетрахлорида титана, закалочную камеру с установленным в нижней части пневмоимпульсным генератором, теплообменник типа «труба в трубе», соосно - напрямую подключенный к радиальному выходному патрубку закалочной камеры, циклон, выполненный с успокоительной камерой, и фильтр. В средней зоне корпуса плазмохимического реактора установлены форсунки для ввода тетрахлорида титана, ниже уровня которых выполнено кольцевое сопло в виде пристенного кольцевого канала с кольцевым коллектором для ввода защитного газа - кислорода, формирующего тонкий вихревой слой защитной газовой завесы.
