Abstract

Предложены способ и устройство для чрескожной доставки трубчатого сосудистого протеза (стента, стента-имплантата или имплантата) по системе кровеносных сосудов пациента и его установки с целью компенсации аневризмы или другого поражения кровеносного сосуда. Доставочное устройство по предлагаемому изобретению включает внешний трубчатый катетер-направитель (20), внутренний трубчатый катетер-толкатель (14), выполненный с возможностью его концентрического размещения внутри просвета внешнего трубчатого катетера-направителя (20) и скользящего продвижения вдоль этого просвета относительно внешнего трубчатого катетера-направителя (20), и удлинненный гибкий элемент (26) из проволоки или из провода, выполненный с возможностью его концентрического размещения внутри просвета внутреннего трубчатого катетера-толкателя (14) и снабженный прикрепленным к его переднему концу первым утолщенным элементом, имеющим форму усеченного конуса, размеры которого выбраны таким образом, чтобы обеспечивалась возможность, по меньшей мере, частичного его вхождения внутрь просвета внутреннего трубчатого катетера-толкателя (14) при приложении к удлиненному гибкому элементу (26) направленного в сторону его переднего конца оттягивающего осевого усилия относительно внутреннего трубчатого катетера-толкателя (14).
